I loved the characters; they were both so full of hurt, pain and guilt. I love the idea that they were fated to meet, love and heal each other. The action in this story was very exciting and well-described. The ending was well-thought out given the time period and Margorie's circumstances.This was the second book in Mariah Stone's series "Called by a Highlander," and I look forward to reading the other books in her series. She's an excellent writer!
